Setting up ImagePilot ServerPC

1. Initial Settings

Note: After connecting the monitor, keyboard, mouse and LAN cable to the rear panel of the server, turn the power ON.

1). Enter the followings, and click [Next].

Country or region :United States Time and currency :English(United States) Keyboard layout :US

2). Enter the following settings, and click [Next]. Type a user name : konicaminolta Type a computer name: Enter the name following the rules on the right.

In the case of Server “KIM-S-0XXXX” and click [OK].

• Enter the serial No. in “XXXX”. Ex) When the serial No. is “710”, enter “00710” with “0” padding-left so that the 5 digits follows after “KIM-S-”.

2. Delete shortcut

1. Select the two shortcut. Push [Shift]+[Delete]key.

2. Click “Yes”.

3. Updating the graphics driver

1. Set the “graphics driver CD”. 2) When contents of “graphics driver CD” is displayed, select "setup.exe" and "Run as administrator" to right-click.

2. Click “YES” 4) Click “AGREE AND CONTENUE”

3. Check "Custom (Advanced)" and click "NEXT" 6) Check "Perform a clean installation", uncheck “NVIDIA WMI”, click "NEXT"

5. Network Setting

1). Click “Control Panel” in the Start menu. 2). Click “Network and Internet”.

3). Click “Network and Sharing Center”. 4). Click “Change advanced sharing settings”.

5). Change the setting for “Password protected sharing” to “Turn off password protected sharing” and click “Save changes”.

6). The screen returns to that of 4). Then [x] button at the upper right of the window to exit. And Restart the PC.

7. Cache buffer Setting

1). Select “Intel® Rapid Storage Technology” in the “start” menu.

2). Click [Manage] tab.

3). Click “Advanced”. 4). Click “Disable”.

5). Click the X button at the top right of the screen.

8. Deleting Unnecessary Programs

1). Select “Control Panel” in the “start” menu. 2). Click [Uninstall a program].

3). Delete unnecessary programs. However, don’t delete the following programs.

Restart the system after all deletions are completed.

Confirm that the program is deleted without failure after the restart is completed. If it is not deleted, repeat the deletion.

System restart may be requested at the time of program deletion. Neglect the request for restart and continue.

7). Select “Save Changes and Exit” of “File” menu, and press [Enter] key.

8). If the following window is shown at this stage, select "yes".

10. Setting of security warning

1). Click “Control Panel” on the Start menu. (^) 2). Click “System and Security”.

3). Click “Action Center”. 4). Click “Change Action Center settings”.

5). Remove all checks in the red frame and click [OK].

If the item if it was deactivated, please restart.

6). Click the X button at the top right of the screen.

Notes: Please go to 4) if you want to import the license.

Please go to 7) if you do not want to import the license.

4. If the below screen is displayed, please click the “License Import” button.

5. Click [OK].

6. Click [OK].

Please go to 8).

7. If the below screen is displayed, please click the “Skip” button.

8. After the ImagePilot Setup Wizard completes restart, Enter the followings, and click [OK].

Select the model.:Install to C drive

Select Product type.:ImagePilot Touch or ImagePilot Touch for REGIUS Sigma/Sigma Notes: If you have made the import of the license, you cannot select the product type other than the corresponding.

Select the language.:

ImagePilot Viewer Install: Notes: If you want to install the ImagePilotViewer, please check the check box.

Serial number :Serial number(5 digits)

9. Wait 10) After selecting “Recommended settings”, click “Finish”.
