8-4. Power On

Mobile phone does not power on.

Check the Battery Voltage. Is it more than 3.8V?

Charging the battery by TA.

If its voltage level is extremely low(under 3.0V),

Change the battery.

Power-on the phone, check the power-on sound or motor Vibration. is ok?

Change the FRONT-LCD ASSY

Check the PWR_KEY (soldering crack, open, etc)

Check the UCP output voltage. R513 ≒ 1.1V

Check the Clock OSC Is the frequency 26Mhz?

Resolder or replace TAC

If the output voltage is not satisfied with normal

condition, Change the UCP ※ voltage level has ±10% margin.

check the initial operation

Insert SIM card

Is SIM socket ok?

Reassemble SIM/SD assy and still SIM does not work,

replace SIM/SD assy

Check the SIM Voltage. C517 >= 1.8V?

Change to the new SIM card.

If it doesn`t still work SIM card after changeing
