Pre-Activity
1. The article was written for online publication. In what ways do you think it's visually different
from an article written for a paper magazine?
No, I think looks really similar to a magazine, maybe needs colors for a complete representation,
but in the format or the content looks very same.
2. The article has a title and a heading for each of the two sections. Do they help you to
understand the content of the article? How?
Yes, because I can see two redactions about the life of two different pair of siblings and that’s is
very helpful fore the activity.
ACTIVITY
Write an online article of 165 words minimum with a structure like the one in the pre-activity
about ONE of the following options:
the relationship between two siblings in your family
The relationship between my cousins are rare, they are two siblings and his relationships are
something weird, when I see his relationship I can see that they have a good relationship and have
a lot of support for the other but if a discussion start they really say hard words and they stop
talking for a lot of time, so I can see the both sides of their relationship.
I just think that they grew up in a bad mood, because they have a hard childhood, we grew up
together and, in the infancy, they have a good relationship and we have a good friendship, but I
can tell that Emi and Sergio are a good family with my aunt.
In this moment they talk and can laugh together, but they are not so close or since my point of
view, don´t like two united siblings, maybe because Emily start his family and now she has a
beautiful daughter and although they live in the same place, don’t talk too much, but when one
needs at the other, will be there.
