I went a year ago, we stayed three days. I went with my family, my uncles, and cousins. The interesting things I did, when I traveled to Tecozautla, was to jump on the zip line, go swimming in the Jacuzzi with my cousins. also go dancing to a nightclub that is in the spa. The most interesting things I saw, was that the spa had hyperthermal waters depending on the taste of people, that you could camp. I did not have the opportunity to go to the monumental clock of Tecozautla, it is one of the most visited places, as well as visiting the colonial arches of Tecozautla.
