The book I chose for this work is Me Before You. It was written by one of my favorite
authors Jojo Moyes. It is of the novel genrel. This book was published on January 5, 2012.
tells the story of Louisa Clark, a 26-year-old girl who has no ambition in life and is content
with what she has. What Louisa does not know is that her life is going to experience a great
turn thanks to Will Traynor, a 35-year-old man who in the past was full of life but one day, a
terrible motorcycle accident took away his desire to to live. Louisa and Will are two
completely opposite people who in other circumstances would not have even looked at each
other, but sometimes fate is very capricious and it will cause a great connection to be born
between them, although at first it will not be easy, and it will change. both of their lives
forever.
This book without a doubt stole my heart from the beginning, it is one of those readings.
Despite the fact that the ending is not ''ideal'', it is a book with a lot to teach, it is practically
impossible that your feelings do not stir something and above all everything, that lead you to
reflect on such a delicate situation. What would you do if you suddenly found yourself
bedridden, with hardly any control over your body? Would you be able to overcome it and
find the desire to continue living? Definitely one of the best books I have ever read.
