Currently energy solar panels have a very low performance in comparison on how
much energy they can provide.
This research attempts to improve that performance using a theoretical quantum
electron pump which can optimize the electron flow for improving the amount of
energy that a solar panel can produce in standard conditions.
As a result of the use of the quantum electron pump the generation of electron-hole
pair is improved, which is the basic principle of a solar panel functioning, thus
making the energy production way better than it is nowadays.
To conclude, with the implementation of quantum electron pumps into the solar
panels the efficiency of exploitation of photons would increase in a great amount,
which can be considered very considerable and effective.
