"There are academicians in the university who have cultivated themselves, are open to learning, and are eager for knowledge. It is important not to unfairly generalize these individuals. However, unfortunately, the corruption present in the country has also affected universities, including my own university. There is a considerable number of academicians who earn money without making any noteworthy contributions. The university administration lacks a student-centered approach and fails to take students' complaints into account. They operate in a manner that serves their own interests. Despite the dissatisfaction of the students and their efforts to bring about change, their attempts prove to be in vain."
