Physical Location

Our Store ( Ube Hub ) is located on the 3rd floor of Castillo Apartment on Adarna St., Barangay Rizal , Makati City. Our store is located near Maya.Comm, this position is good for our stall because this location is expected to be one of the main roads in barangay Rizal and to be the only one who sells variety Ube, There will be no other competitors since there are no other who sells ube but us and our Ube has different variety. The competitorsโ€™ supply can cover the customerโ€™s demand; therefore, the ube lumpia business will have a difficult time in securing a position in the market but through strategic management and advertising, it has a market share that would suffice the possibility of profit.
