extended supply chain (eSC) operations of a selected real case/company and
to eventually (in assignment 2) develop a business proposal to further
improve or enhance the existing SC/eSC operations. The focus of this report
is on evaluating the overall performance of the internal SC/eSC operations -
strengths and weaknesses in this highly competitive business environment.
Internal SC/eSC Operations
The report discusses the internal SC/eSC operations from upstream to
downstream. It evaluates the overall performance of the internal SC/eSC
operations, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the selected case/
company.
Strengths
The report provides practical and feasible examples to illustrate the
strengths identified in the selected case/company's internal SC/eSC
operations.

believes it would add value to the supply chain.

opportunities identified in the selected case/company's internal SC/eSC
