The movie entitled, "Snowden". The movie addresses significant issues regarding privacy and
government spying. The fundamental ethical question raised in the film is whether or not it is
appropriate for the government to have the authority to spy its citizens without their knowledge or
agreement and if such surveillance is required for maintaining national security.
In the sake of privacy and freedom, the film portrays Edward Snowden as a hero who stood up
against government monitoring. It presents him as a government wrongdoer who revealed it to the
public and made them aware of the extent of the NSA's spying operations.
However, some detractors have claimed that Snowden's activities were unlawful and that by
disclosing sensitive material, he jeopardized national security. Others contend that his acts were
required to reveal government corruption.

Answer:
Yes, "Snowden" does confront its characters with a number of ethical dilemmas,
especially Edward Snowden himself as he wrestles with the choice to release
sensitive information about the NSA's monitoring techniques. The video examines the
conflict between personal privacy and national security as well as the ethical
ramifications of whistleblowing. In addition, Snowden's activities cast doubt on both
the obligation of the person to report wrongdoing and the function of the government.
In general, the movie challenges viewers to think on the moral implications of
surveillance and personal freedoms.
