- Pacientes con sospecha de EAC “estable” y síntomas de angina o disnea
- Pacientes con IC o disfunción ventricular izquierda de reciente aparición
- Pacientes asintomáticos o sintomáticos con síntomas de estabilidad < 1 año de un SCA o con reciente revascularización
- Pacientes asintomáticos o sintomáticos de > 1 año del diagnóstico o de una revascularización
- Pacientes con angina con sospecha de enfermedad microvascular o vasoespástica.
- Sujetos asintomáticos con EAC detectada con screening
