Satu problem yang saya ambil dalam film John Q (2002) adalah pentingnya untuk
berpikir logis dan jernih ketika dalam keadaan di bawah tekanan. Pelajaran ini dapat saya
ambil dari keputusan John Q untuk mengambil keputusan yang kurang bagus ketika
melakukan penyekapan di UGD Rumah Sakit Hope Memorial. Seharusnya ketika berada di
bawah tekanan dan waktu yang sangat terdesak, berusahalah untuk tenang terlebih dahulu
dan jangan berpikir pendek untuk mengambil keputusan, “Use your emotion to think not
think with your emotion”.
