User instructions PLEASE KEEP THIS BOOKLET FOR FUTURE REFERENCE The heater is insulated to a high standard therefore it may be left on all the time. The temperature of the water may be adjusted by turning the knob on the front of the heater, allow half an hour for the temperature to stabilise between settings. Max temperature is achieved with the knob fully clockwise. The «E» mark on the thermostat knob indicates an «economy» setting and corre- sponds to a water temperature of 55 - 60° C. In hard water areas we recommend a max of 60 Deg C for the temperature of the water. The neon light shows when the heating element is working, under the control of the thermostat. If the heater fails to perform satistactorily call your approved installer. If in doubt ring ARISTON BATHROOMS limited 0494-459711. Safety warnings 1) Donotuse the heater if you suspect that it is frozen, wait until the water in the system flows again. 2) If water issues from the temperature/pressure relief valve or from the expansion valve, if installed, switch off electricity, shut off the service valve and call an approved insialler. 3) Donot attempt to repair the heater yourself, this will void the guarantee, call an approved installer 4) Do not obstruct the outlet from the Temperature/Pressure relief valve on the top of the heater.
