PeerWise is a peer-assisted learning tool designed primarily for medical students in Years 1 and 2 at Cardiff University. The platform allows students to write and answer formative questions anonymously, with the opportunity to earn badges and compete in league tables. PeerWise has been shown to improve learning and exam performance. an example of a single best answer question and its answer, as well as information about supervision and the use of PeerWise in Cardiff during the academic years 2015-16.
