Part 1: What is an EMT
-EMTS are not just ambulance drivers
- In order to be an EMT, you must need at least 150 hours of clinical education
- Some of the roles of EMTs Include
- Emergency Medical Services, Fire Departments, emergency departments, critical care
transports, law enforcement, ski patrol and as Medical officers.
Patient complaint: Stem alert with elevation in the V1, v2, v3, and v4
Symptoms include substernal chest pain, Nausea, but no dizziness or shortness of breath.
I wasn’t able to get some information due to the patient needing to be more knowledgeable or in
a place to talk.
The patient’s blood pressure was a bit high, as well as a fast pulse.
Shown that it is a critical patient
Patient having a heart attack in the septum, fed by the left coronary artery, left anterior
descending, and the
Myocardial infarction- Injury to the heart that if not fixed, will die.
Radiography images showing a missing artery, procure needed to inflate the artry and block the
plaque, with a stent being in place to prevent blockages.
The patient is shown to have a previous heart history due to the activity log of the meds all
being a medication to help the heart.
