organization acts fairly and ethically among its employees, clients and other stakeholders.
Human resource management plays an important role in helping organizations to improve
the ethical values of the organization. The function of human resource management is to
protect the organization from unethical actions by employees. Human resource management
is also responsible for the organization's efforts to deal with ethical behavior, can be able to

morale. Human Resource Management (HRM) is a part of management that focuses more
on paying attention to potentials or assets in the form of human resources which function as

The role of HRM in a company is very important, it can be said that the elements in the
company are very related to human resources. If a company does not have human resources,
the company cannot run properly.

to manage the relationships and roles of resources (labor) owned by individuals
