be done by my client Mr./Mrs./Corporation.
4. Give introduction about your client.
5. Thank the other team for coming on to this table and discussing.
6. Express your hope that you’ll be able to reach an agreement that meets the needs of both
parties.
7. Ask basic questions about the problem.

clear on the solution that has been reached.
