Competitor: Nowadays, the four non-alcoholic beverage companies occupying the largest market share of the Vietnamese market are Suntory PepsiCo (SPVN), Tan Hiep Phat (THP), Coca Cola Vietnam and Universal Robina Corporation (URC) (CafeF). According to Euromonitor International, 2013 has witnessed an energetic breakthrough of Tan Hiep Phat with two main products, Green Tea 0C and Dr. Thanh. However, in 2015, Tan Hiep Phat had a dramatic incident with the detection of flies in their product (the leader). The same thing happened with URC, which discovered their products contained high levels of lead in 2016 (Tuổi rẻ). These issues caused the market share of these two companies to decrease seriously. Along with the revenue of Coca-Cola Vietnam stagnating, Sunstrory PepsiCo took the number one position in the Vietnamese beverage market share.

2. Marketing Environment (Macro-Environment): Demographic By the end of 2020, Vietnam has approximately 97. million people with ranks 15th in the world in terms of population size (World Bank). In addition, according to the age pyramid, the age group from 10 to 35 years old is accounting for a high proportion of the population structure of Vietnam. These statistics demonstrate that Vietnam is a potential market for the FMCG industry in general and SPVB in particular in terms of consumption and young labor. Technology: In recent years, e-commerce in Southeast Asia in general and Vietnam in particular is growing rapidly, especially during the Covid epidemic period when everyone is staying at home. In the near future, the e-commerce market in Vietnam will grow 300% from $ billion in 2021 to $39 billion in 2025 (VN Express). Along with the rise of e-commerce, the number of Internet users in Vietnam has increased rapidly from the early 2000s to the present. As of 2020, Vietnam has approximately 70% of the population using the Internet (WorldBank) and it is predicted that this number will continue to grow in the future. Therefore, the e-commerce market is also a potential market for Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam in the near future. 3. SWOT (SO): STRENGTHS OPPORTUNITIES
