She assessed the current peak season as well as the upcoming off-season. The peak season starts from the mid-May to mid-October. While the off-season was from the end of October to the end of May. Her business has been doing well for the last two years, However, income is slowly decreasing during the off-season. Linda was concerned about increasing her earnings at the same time and wondered how she would manage it. Linda had no business strategy to grow her own business.
