PENDAHULUAN Walmart adalah perusahaan retail asal Amerika Serikat. Perusahaan ini didirikan oleh Sam & James Walton bersaudara. Sekarang ini, Walmart memiliki kurang lebih 10rb toko di 24 negara yang berbeda. Di tahun 2010-2011 Kinerja perusahaannya terbilang cukup stabil, namun apabila dibandingkan dengan perusahaan serupa (amazon) , walmart masih tertinggal cukup jauh.
