Yadav and the court also directed to CRPF to release pension and arrears through
Smt. Vidhya Yadav to Sh. Ayush Kumar from 2007 to till date. Thereafter, ail
documents have been submitted to CRPF by the complainant. On 02.05.2018, the
complaingnt met the Suspect OPicer Sh. R. K, Gargy
Dealing Clerk, CRPF o@ce,
Sector-21, Rohini, New Delhi at about 1.30 PM for knowing
demanded Rs. 80,000/- as bribe to release thé pensién and arrear and also asked
to
meet him on Monday or Tuesday ’i.e. 21/22.05. 018. The complainant does not
want to pay bribe and hence he submitted the
complaint with SP, CBI, ACB,
Delhi.
To verify the allegation, a new sealed packed memory card 8GB SanOisk
and
Sony
make DVR was arranged. The memory card was taken out of ‹ts
original seal packet. After explaining function of the DVR to the Complainant and

this verification was removed from the !3VR and a copy of the Memory card wns

presence of indepeildent witness through Sh. Sun.I Kumar Dahiya,
Inspector by using write blocker in 8GB Pen Drive for the investigation purpose
and rough transcription of thIS Conversatio»was also prepared. Thereafter, this
memory card was kept in its plastic cover and marked as B-J in CO-21/2018. The
independen t witness, complainant and verifying officer signed on the plastic cover.
Then plastic cover )xas kept in the paper cover of the memory card which
was also
signed by the independent witness, complainant and verifying oficer and marked
as ‘?-1 in CO-21/2018, This Memory card was then put in browñ colour envelope
and mark ed
as Q-1 in CO) 21/2018, This envelope was sealed with CBI br ,fs seal.
