Today i.e 21/05/2018 a written complaint in Hindi éated 21/05/

both side, was submired by Sh, Vikram Singh Yadav S/o Sh. Hari Singh Yadav

was secured in CBI
Office through Duty Ofñcer. The complainant Sh. Vikram
Singh Yadav
and above named
independent witness were mutually introduced to
each
other and the purpose of assembly was explained to ali present,

the
complaint that b
rother of complainant Sh. Vikad Yadav was Constab
le in CRPF
and died in the year 2007. APer death ”of Sh. Vikas Yadav, his wife was .got
married to younger brother (real brother) of Late Vikas Yadav.

hereafter, a civil
suit was filed in the Owarka Court for obtaining certificate of legal heirs of Sh.
Ayush Yadav, S/o Late Sh. Vikas Yadav. The Hon’ble Court vide order dated
15.11,2017, Smt. Vi
dhya Yadav, Grand Mother became Guardian of Sh.
Ay ush
Yadav and the court also directed to CRPF to release pension and arrears through
Smt. Vidhya Yadav to Sh. Ayush Kumar from 2007 to till date. Thereafter, ail
documents have been submitted to CRPF by the complainant. On 02.05.2018, the
complaingnt met the Suspect OPicer Sh. R. K, Gargy
Dealing Clerk, CRPF o@ce,
Sector-21, Rohini, New Delhi at about 1.30 PM for knowing
demanded Rs. 80,000/- as bribe to release thé pensién and arrear and also asked
to
meet him on Monday or Tuesday ’i.e. 21/22.05. 018. The complainant does not
want to pay bribe and hence he submitted the
complaint with SP, CBI, ACB,
Delhi.
To verify the allegation, a new sealed packed memory card 8GB SanOisk
and
Sony
make DVR was arranged. The memory card was taken out of ‹ts
original seal packet. After explaining function of the DVR to the Complainant and
the independent

Thereafter, the 8 GB memory card used for recording the conversation
in
this verification was removed from the !3VR and a copy of the Memory card wns
prepared
in
the
presence of indepeildent witness through Sh. Sun.I Kumar Dahiya,
Inspector by using write blocker in 8GB Pen Drive for the investigation purpose
and rough transcription of thIS Conversatio»was also prepared. Thereafter, this
memory card was kept in its plastic cover and marked as B-J in CO-21/2018. The
independen t witness, complainant and verifying officer signed on the plastic cover.
Then plastic cover )xas kept in the paper cover of the memory card which
was also
signed by the independent witness, complainant and verifying oficer and marked
as ‘?-1 in CO-21/2018, This Memory card was then put in browñ colour envelope
and mark ed
as Q-1 in CO) 21/2018, This envelope was sealed with CBI br ,fs seal.
The complainant, independent witness and undersigned signed on the sealed e
velope,
The specimen seal impression in lac an ink has been taken on separate
shee
of paper it was signed by the independent witn ss, complainant ar,é

facsimile of seal impression was also taken on each page of
verification Memo.
The seal and DVR used in verificatioh gfoceedings is handed ove”r to’ tlie
Independent Witness for safe custody with the direCtion to produce it before the
competent lawful authority as and when required,
The verification has revealed the demand of brihe of Rs 35,000/- (Thirty Five ,
Thousand only)
by the suspect ofñcer for
releasing the pension and arrears.
