Infographic Assignment – Job Skills
in Your Field
Part A: Infographic
An infographic displays information with both text and visual images, such as a
chart or diagram.
For this assignment, use PowerPoint or any other program to create an
infographic about the top 5 job skills that are necessary to succeed in your field or a field that you
may be thinking of entering. Your audience will primarily be students, so you will need to convince
them that they need to learn about these top 5 job skills needed for successful future employment in
your field.
You will need to do research to determine which job skills you think will be most needed for future
employment in your field. After doing research, choose 5 skills that you think would be the most
essential skills needed to get a job in your field, and then use this information to create your infographic.
Submit your infographic by 10 am Thursday, December 9th
Part B: Written Part of Assignment
You will also be required to do a written timed assignment based on the research that you have done for
your infographic on Friday, December 10th at 10 am. This assignment will be given through the
Submission Box during your regular class time, and will consist of a two part question requiring you to
respond in two paragraphs-one paragraph for each question.
