Learning Outcomes
The purpose of this assignment is to use formulas to solve technology problems and to
perform arithmetic on geometric figures with linear and angular measurements.
Instructions
1. Review the material on formulas and triangles from Learning Materials Unit 2 & 3.
2. Calculate and simplify each problem on page 2 of the assignment.
3. When you have completed all questions, open the assessment page in Blackboard
and answer the questions. Remember to save your answers as you enter or modify
each. Alternately you can press the save all button. The assessment is setup to
mark your work when you submit it, so make sure to check all your answers before
you press the Save and Submit button. Once you submit the assignment you will
not be able to change your answers.
Evaluation
This assignment will be marked out of 15 points, one point for each correct answer. Each
multiple choice question gives 2 choices for an answer. There is only one correct answer.
The calculated questions take into account some rounding.
This assignment will count for 10% of your final grade.
