Introduction
Mrs. Reese Witherspoon CEO of Storage Solutions Philippines, has decided to look into where
and how she can make a positive contribution to society following the establishment of her company,
which has steadily grown. The advice of a professional is sought by Mrs. Reese Witherspoon on how to
begin her corporate social responsibility (CSR) journey in a meaningful and long-term manner. Mrs.
Witherspoon's commitment to corporate social responsibility will enable her company to continue to
grow and contribute to national economic development, as she expresses a desire to take a strategic
approach to her engagement with the organization.
Case Study
Storage Solutions Philippines was the business name used by Mrs. Reese Witherspoon. She
started the company more than a decade ago. She decided to start this business because she had gained
valuable retail experience through her professional retail work both in the Philippines and abroad. After
the business became a success, she came to the realization that she needed to do something else with
her company. She approached her former superior/mentor and inquired as to how she could give back
to the community.

concerns of all stakeholders, including shareholders, owners, employees, customers, the community at
large, the government, and the general public. Corporations' social responsibility is defined as the way in
which they manage their relationships with society and the environment. The cost of doing business is
