1. INTRODUCTION:
The “Doctor Appointment System” has been developed to override the problems prevailing
in the practicing manual system. This System helps the customer (patient) to take
appointment from any doctor in their area at any time. They will have provided by the best
doctor list available in the area. Also, the patient will be able to see the doctor’s details.
The application is reduced as much as possible to avoid errors while entering the data. It
also provides error message while entering data. No formal knowledge is needed for the
user to use this system. Thus, by this all it proves it is user-friendly. Doctor Appointment
System, as described above, can lead to error free, source, reliable and fast management
system. It can assist the user to concentrate on their other activities rather to concentrate on
the record keeping. Thus, it will help organization in better utilization of resources.
Every organization, whether big or small, has challenges to overcome and managing the
information of appointment, Doctor, Booking, Test, Medicine. Every doctor appointment
system has different doctor needs therefore we design exclusive employee management
systems that are adapted to managerial requirements. This is design to assist in strategic
planning and will help to ensure that organization is equipped with the right level of
information and details for future goals. These systems will ultimately allow to better
manage resource.
2. RATIONALE
We are living in the world where nobody has time to waste. Everyone is busy in daily
routine work. So, when it comes to wait for someone it became a very tedious task for us
to wait for anyone. We don’t want to wait for any one. But when it comes to wait for doctors
it became compulsion for us to wait. Sometime it become a very lengthy and time taking
process to take appointment manually.
