TERM PAPER ASSIGNMENT II (VISITING MUSEUMS)

It constitutes 10% of your term grade.
PURPOSE: This assignment aims to give you a chance to visit museums, raise your curiosity
and interest in other cultures and civilizations.
1. Please visit the following sites and museums around Sultan Ahmet Square
If you buy a Müze Kart / Museum Pass for 30 Turkish Liras (please show you student ID as
well) you can visit all the museums all over Turkey without an entrance fee for a year!

2. Ask someone to take your picture at those locations.
3. Then write a 900 – 1000 word reaction paper about your visits and impressions. Do not
forget to add your very small photos to your paper.
4. Please write down only your own ideas and DO NOT use ideas of other people on the
Internet. Please do not use information from the Internet.
5. Write your paper according to the paper format defined below. Then convert your paper to
pdf format and upload it to the system by May 23rd, 21:00 pm. (Do not e-mail anything to
your teacher. All assignments must be delivered through the Blackboard system)
