CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR OFFICIATING OFFICIALS
Sabang Men's and Women's Volleyball Tournament
Lahod Festival and Barangay Fiesta
May 7 to June 15, 2024
This Contract Agreement is made and entered into as of this May 7, by and between:
1. JOSE MANUEL S. AGRADE (hereinafter referred to as the "Head Official")
2. JHON LESTER D. DOMANICO (hereinafter referred to as the "Assistant Official")
3. Barangay Sabang Sports Committe (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizers")
WHEREAS, the Organizer is hosting the Sabang Men's and Women's Volleyball Tournament as part of
the Barangay Fiesta from May 7 to June 15, 2024;
WHEREAS, the Head Official and Assistant Official have been selected to serve as officiating officials
for the said tournament;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the
parties agree as follows:
1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.1 Head Official
The Head Official shall:
✓ Oversee all officiating activities during the tournament.
✓ Ensure adherence to the official volleyball rules and regulations.
✓ Coordinate with the Organizer on schedules, match fixtures, and any necessary adjustments.
✓ Handle disputes and appeals in accordance with the established procedures.
✓ Provide guidance and supervision to the Assistant Official.
✓ Submit a final report to the Organizer at the conclusion of the tournament.
1.2 Assistant Official
The Assistant Official shall:
✓ Assist the Head Official in all officiating duties.
✓ Referee matches as assigned by the Head Official.
✓ Help in maintaining the official score and records of each match.
✓ Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in proper condition before each match.
✓ Perform any other duties assigned by the Head Official.
2. TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT
✓ The officiating period shall commence on May 7, 2024, and conclude on June 15, 2024.
✓ The officials are required to be present at the venue 30 minutes before the start of each
scheduled match.
