The folder as well as the disc was produced by Storyville Films - Salut Audio & Video ApS in 2003 for the American market and for an unknown period of time Sales and distribution in USA and Canada: Navarre Corp., 7400 49th^ Avenue North, New Hope, MN 55428. www.navarre.com. In the folder was included a ‘not for sale’ promotion disc containing one sample from each of the 19 DVD titles offered.
