(ALI), The development is situated within the barangays of Central Azucarera de Tarlac. Cresendo spans an area of 290 hectares. According to Ayala Land, the estate is suitably dubbed Cresendo, as the destination will be the new downtown on the rise in Tarlac, promoting emplayment, education, enterprise, and a balanced woy of life. Cresendo, a rising mixed-use township in Tarlac City, is envisioned as a modem and sustainable urban center, making it an ideal location for a mid-sized Intercity Bus Terminal that will enhance regional connectivity and mobility. Strategically positioned along major transport corridors, Tarlac serves as a crucial transit point between Metro Manila, Northem Luzon, and other provinces in Central Luzon. However, the increasing demand for public transportation requires a more organized, accessible, and commuter-friendly terminal that accommodates the growing number of passengers while promoting seamless, safe, and sustainable travel. Statement of the Problem The Cresendo Estate development in Tarlac City is rapidly emerging as a dynamic. mixed-use urban center, integrating residential, commercial, and institutional spaces. As this township expands, the need for a well-organized and efficient intercity transportation hub becomes increasingly crucial to accommodate the growing number of commuters and travelers. A seamless and sustainable public transportation network is essential fo support mobility, economic activity, and urban connectivity. However, the absence of a dedicated intercity bus terminal in the area leads to traffic congestion, inefficient passenger movement, and a lack of commuter-friendly facilities. Many existing transport hubs struggle with poor space planning, inadequate waiting areas, and limited integration with other modes of transportation, creating challenges for both passengers and transport operators, The development of an Intercity Bus Terminal in Cresendo seeks to address these issues by providing a well-designed, accessiole, and sustainable transport facility.
