A fraction of hydrocarbons has to be processed in a refinery by distillation. Normal boiling point of the components in this mixture is in the range of 25 – 700 ◦C. One of the product streams is a gas stream containing H2, CH4, CO2, ethane, propane, i-butane, n-butane, i-pentane, and n- pentane. Another mixture of hydrocarbons with known boiling point of 250 ◦C, molecular weight of 160 kg/kmol−1, and density of 850 kg.m−^3 is added to the process. Create a component list for this process in Aspen HYSYS. Image 1. Input all the compound of hydrocarbon as required Image 2. For unknown compound change search for pure components to hypothetical
Image 3. Change method to create and edit hypos Image 4. Click new hypos and input known properties that available on task
Image 7. Click generate hypos and add all. 8. DONE
