For a better understanding of the system, one must
understand what country is called a nation-state.
It is community of person, more or less numerous,
permanently occupying a fixed territory, and possessed an
independent government organized for political ends to which the great body of inhabitants render habitual obedience. (Cruz, 1989)

Sovereignty is the internal and external power of the
state to transact its own business.

Arab nation comprise various states like Iraq, Iran, United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.
United States of America which is known as the melting pot of many nations because people living there are of different races.
Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) was created in 1964 to be the national representative of the Palestinian people (Cruz, 1989).
