CONSTRUCTION COST ESTIMATE
The Target (Construction) Cost for the proposed works (excluding Contractors Preliminaries, OH&P and Employers Provisional Sums) will be the sum of £750,000.
This Target Cost shall be verified during the second stage, prior to the commencement on site.
